Your nervous system communicates with all the cells in your body through the spine. When your spine is out of alignment or has things in the way (subluxations), your nervous system has trouble communicating and handling more stress. When the subluxations are removed, you’re able to handle more stress.

You want someone who is friendly and has a focus on wellness, rather than someone who is focused on handling people who have just been in a car accident. Use your intuition and make sure you find one who feels right to you, no matter how highly regarded this person is in your community.
